Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: A confirmation email containing your unique Order ID is automatically sent upon the successful completion of your order. This will be sent to the email address provided when you made your purchase. Once you get a notification that your items are shipped, you can check your order shipping details at https://glossome.co/apps/tracktor/track by simply typing your order number and your email address.

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
A: Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Western Europe and Asia. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section. Your order will be shipped directly from us via partnership USPS (Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, Canada Post for Canada).

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes! We serve the international market, thus, we do worldwide shipping of orders. There may be countries that we no longer cater to due to certain limitations.
Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A: Absolutely! Our website has an SSL certificate which ensures you’ll have a safe connection as you do your online shopping with us. We do not store any bank account or credit card information for this will only be used one-time upon your purchase.
Q: WILL I PAY FOR IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES?
A: The prices displayed on our website are in Euro and tax-free. Customs charges or import duties, however, are not included in the pricing, thus, it is the receiver’s liability to settle these should your local customs deem appropriate. Costs and rates for customs or duty charges can vary from country and region, depending on local economic policies. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

A: Simply find the product you are interested in, click the 'Add To Cart' button, confirm the item you would like to purchase (if you would like to add more products to your cart, just click ‘Continue Shopping’), proceed to checkout, provide your contact and shipping information, choose your payment method (PayPal or credit card), then complete your order.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
Please note that we require 1 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses Located in United States, China and Europe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
