RETURNS. YEP. DON'T WORRY. IT HAPPENS.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unworn and in its original package. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at support@glossome.co to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 14 days of when item was delivered to you.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND: PROCESS
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELING ORDER ONCE IT'S SHIPPED
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Before submitting cancellation you should check your order status at https://glossome.co/apps/tracktor/track . You still have the option to return the item for a refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Items not eligible for refund and will be denied:
All items marked "Final Sale","Clearance", "Discount Item" or "Sale". Items purchased under special promotions that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price are "Sale" items. Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to enter your complete information address at checkout. In case of delivery issue due to incomplete address information, you will be responsible for it and we will not be able to refund you, if the package has been sent.
